My husband and I arrived to take up residence in San Miguel De Allende three weeks ago.  Had we not enjoyed a video call with Tho Waring and Lucia Garza of Coldwell BankerSmart in September, two short months ago, it is highly unlikely we would be here today planning to celebrate Thanksgiving!

We had been researching Mexico for some time but ‘meeting’ our agents online for a one hour visit, just prior to our actual site visit was the turning point.

On arrival, Tho and Lucia gave us a comprehensive tour and shortlisted properties they believed would be suitable for us.

From their network of properties we were shown to a lovely villa with amazing amenities within a newly developed gated community just outside the center in a great location (without cobblestones, lol) that we love! Every possible amenity is only moments away, as is Centro. Our very affordable monthly rental would not be believed by US standards.
